SER9 pro hx370 /USBc 4 power loss

I Just bought my new Beelink new mini PC, everything is fast, only a strange and quite worrying problem: when I connect an external device such as an NVME drive to the USBc 40gb port, after less than a minute, the drive disappears switching off…
It seems to be a power loss from the USBc 4 port…
Any suggestions? It’s a mb failure? A driver problem or a setting issue?
Does anyone find a similar issue?
Hope someone can reply, as the PC is new by days…

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC. We need to conduct a test to determine the specific cause of the malfunction.

Here are some potential solutions:

1.First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. 2.Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”

I followed your suggestions without any result… !
The usb4 port still switches off the external NVME, even changing the cable (that already works on my laptop with USBc thunderbolt)
I attach the serial with the picture…
Also a screenshot of the strange peripherals root with the drive attached on usb4 but showing to be connected to the AMD usb 3.10 eXtensible 1.20…
After less than one minute the external storage switches off…
The serial is BHX376DG20149, the firmware is SER9T407

Here some updates about the strange behaviour in my SER9 pro. The external nvme attached to the USG4 port seems to to work fine, now, after connected it to the usb4, using a microsoft adapter! don’t understand how it works, now, probably depending by an incompatibility with the nwme case directly connected to the beelink port…
Hope the problems are finished, now.
If you have some other suggestions, please reply to me.

Thank you for your reply.Your current BIOS version is the latest and you don’t need to update.

Please try reinstalling the chipset and USB drivers.
