Hi there,

Tha k you in advance for any support.

I have said device and when I click Windows Key + K, it shows that Miracast is not supported. When I look at Wlan Drivers is says Wireless Support : No.

I am pretty sure the specs of this PC should support it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine?

1、Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

2、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

3、Please uninstall the wifi driver in the device manager and install the new one.
