GTI14 WiFi and Bluetooth disconnecting

Hi,

I bought the GTI14 and the first day I received and used it, I’m having problems with the WiFi and Bluetooth.
My OS is Windows 11 Pro, I first encountered the problem with a clean install.
After updating the drivers, the problem is still present.

Here’s what I know: The WiFi and Bluetooth works fine at first, but as soon as I start using one of them a bit more, for example downloading a big file or transferring a file through Bluetooth, both WiFi and Bluetooth drop the connection almost immediately, disable themselves off for a minute or two and then enable themselves on again.

I checked the forums and it seems this is a common issue.

Was there ever a fix for this problem or should I just send the unit back?

Here are some potential solutions:

2.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

Hi,

I already tried all of those solutions, including using several other drivers posted in other threads, and none of those solutions worked.

I kept getting the same error code: “ This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API ” each time the Wifi and/or Bluetooth stopped working.

I decided to ask for a refund and sent back the unit so you can check it out yourselves.
Honestly, I think that a PC that cost $1,000+ should not give a single problem on the very first day of use, so now I’m just going to buy a regular laptop and hope for the best, thanks anyway.
