Hello,
I have the “Beelink AMD Ryzen 5 5560U (6C/12T, up to 4.0GHz), SER5 Mini Computer Wi11 Pro, 16G DDR4 RAM/500G M.2 NVME SSD, triple displays, DP1.4, HDMI, USB3.0, WiFi6, BT5.2,” and from one day to the next, the Wi-Fi stopped working. It no longer connects to the router. All other devices are working, and a router defect can be ruled out. Should I reset the PC to factory settings? If so, how do I do that? I don’t know if Windows could have replaced the Wi-Fi drivers. I found a “Driver” folder under C:\ and tried to use it in Device Manager, but without success. My idea would be to reset the device to its factory settings to rule out a software conflict. The hardware may be broken.
Best regards
