Hello, I bought this mini PC. It even has 2.5GbE. Unfortunately, on my home network, I’m only getting a transfer rate of about 60 MByte/s. That’s roughly equivalent to 500 Mbit/s, so not even 1 Gbit/s. All my other PCs achieve about 120 MByte/s, which is equivalent to 1 Gbit/s.

I’ve tried different router connections and different cables. It’s always the same: all the other PCs get 1 Gbit/s, but the Beelink only gets 500 MBit/s.

I’ve made the following changes to the “Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller” network adapter:

Energy-Efficient Ethernet = Disabled

Green Ethernet = Disabled

Everything else is set to default, or the same as on the other PCs.

I would be very grateful for any advice.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

Here are the possible solutions :

①Please go to the device manager to check if there is ethernet driver, please update the driver.

②Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . ③Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–wired config –start the service.

④Please right click the windows—setting–troubleshooting—other troubleshooters— network—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
