Having problems with Beelink Sei12 12th gen mini PC. It has been stopping randomly for a few weeks, and I have been able to get it back on most of the time. Someone suggested replacing the power adapter which I did and it doesn’t seem to make any difference. My son helped me identify some things to check but so far, it will not power up and/or stay connected.
Here is what I have done so far:
- Reset the CMOS
- Opened case and it was able to power on but only for a few seconds then it went off. Fan seemed to work then quit working whether the PC was powered on or not. It will only stay on for a few seconds, but does not power on at all with case on.
- Reseated the RAM and no change
- Removed and checked the SSD and no change
- Son also suggested it might be the Thermal pad (mine’s pink not sure the official name) but I don’t know enough about it to check further or replace it.

I haven’t been able to get it to power up either with the case on or off.
Hopefully, someone much smarter than me will be able to figure this out. I sure hate to invest in another PC right now.
