My SER9 Pro had two apps preinstalled, similar to Visio for building charts - the system died so quick I didn’t get a chance to note the name of the two applications. What’s pre-installed software that came with the SER9 Pro? I’d like to get those back

The Beelink SER9 Pro ships with Windows 11 Pro and usually includes a few bundled apps: WPS Office for productivity and EdrawMax/EdrawMind for diagramming and mind‑mapping (similar to Visio). If those were wiped, you service channel provider login can reinstall them directly from the official WPS and Wondershare websites, or check Beelink’s support page for the OEM versions that came with your device.
