Last year, I had the Gti14 and I had nothing but issues trying to get Linux working. It seems this may have been resolved eventually, but I have upgraded to the Gti15 Ultra with the ex dock, and I am now having issues installing Linux on this device.
Windows works fine. I can boot into windows extremely fast and it just works. It takes FOREVER to even get a Linux live image from USB booted, and when it does eventually boot (sometimes it takes 20+ minutes and I’ve tried 5 different USB drives that work flawlessly on my desktop to boot the live image), after it does install, Linux is extremely slow and laggy. Can someone please look into thus please? I’ve tried Bazzite, CachyOS, Ubuntu… I can get them to boot and install, but it’s extremely slow and nearly impossible to use.
