Audio stopped working

I have a mini s13, audio stopped working, in the Device Manager no audio devices are listed, only under Other Devices there’s a Multimedia Audio Controller but with a yellow triangle and an exclamation mark, if I try and update its drivers from there none are found, neither with the automatic search nor searching locally for the drivers I have downloaded from another thread in this topic

Sorry for the trouble.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

1.Please right click window–click “”setting“—Sound—-more sound setting –click “playback”–right click speaker—properties–controller information —properties—update the driver.
You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.

Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or put the pin into the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

Please go to device manager, uninstall the audio driver, then restart the PC.

None of the fixes listed worked. Image description

This is what I see from my Device Manager or Sound Settings. When I try and update the drivers of the items (Unknown device etc.) with the yellow exclamation mark by selecting the folder I downloaded, none are found (“Windows was unable to install your unknown device”)

Please update or uninstall your audio driver and then install the audio driver we provide.

When you connect an external device, the computer will automatically install unknown device drivers.

from where should I uninstall the drivers? the only audio drivers I see are these “SenaryAudio” drivers from my Installed Apps. When I click “uninstall”, I get this message Image description

also in the driver folder I downloaded there are no Senary audio drivers to install

I have already tried that, I get the “Windows was unable to install your unknown device” error message both with automatic and manual options

shouldn’t there be SenaryAudio drivers in the folder to install, if those are the ones I see in the Apps section?

Please try uninstalling the Realtek High Definition Audio driver.

The driver package is a complete audio driver.
