Hello Beelink Support Team,
I am an owner of a Beelink EQi12 (Intel Core i5-1235U, 32GB RAM, 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD). I am currently facing a critical issue while trying to revert my system back to Windows 11.
The Situation:
I previously wiped the original Windows installation to run Proxmox. Now, I want to perform a clean install of Windows 11 Pro using my own product key. However, during the installation process, the Windows installer is unable to find any internal drive (SSD).
What I have tried so far:
Driver Loading: I downloaded the official driver package for the EQi12 from your server (https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads/EQI/Driver/EQI12). During the Windows setup, I attempted to “Load Driver” using the files provided in the package, but the SSD remains invisible, or the drivers are not accepted as compatible.
BIOS Reset: I reset the BIOS to factory defaults, hoping it would resolve any configuration conflicts (like VMD or AHCI settings), but I am still unable to proceed and currently cannot boot into any OS.
Request:
Could you please provide the specific Intel RST / VMD controller drivers (the raw .inf files) required for the Windows 11 setup environment for this specific model? Additionally, if there are specific BIOS settings (e.g., Secure Boot, VMD Controller, or TPM) that must be configured in a certain way after a factory reset to make the NVMe SSD detectable, please let me know.
Thank you for your assistance.
