NO VIDEO - Beelink SER5 MAX Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 6800U

I have the miniPC that is in the title. Loved this thing.

We use it in our living room and went to switch to it last night and no video.

Tried Display Port, HDMI, different cables.

Moved it to my PC location in my office and tried multiple monitors and cables.

I think it actually boots because the keyboard and mouse light up.

Radeon take a dump???

I should add that I tried to clear CMOS with a paper clip no change.

It wont let me edit my own post. Any how I have a lot of time put into the build that runs on that box. I could easily replace it but prefer to get this working even if it means RMA/Support may be required.

I was incorrect, so I did some more testing and now the KB/Mouse do NOT light up shortly after powering on. Seems worse. I read some other threads and did the eraser trick on the memory and the m.2 card. No luck.

Apparently support is not going to help me.

Does anyone know what current Beelink mini PC can boot up successfully from the M.2 that is in this system?

This OS is very important to me and I am fine with just buying a new Beelink and moving the drive to the new one.

I just need to be sure the new system can boot off this Win 11 build without critical driver issues.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that your machine needs to be replaced.

If your machine is still within the warranty period, you can contact our after-sales email - support-pc@bee-link.com. We will provide you with the address and process for returning the machine.

To retain your personal data, you can remove the SSD and keep it, then send the machine back to the after-sales warehouse.
