my SER9 startet to be unusable.
since a few days, Wifi and BT are not reliable. Wifi drops for no reasons, reconnects with very slow speed telling me “no internet connection” a restart somtimes fixes the issue, sometimes not. Wifi is definetely not the problem, because any other device is working flawlessly.
the device manager tells me that he stopped BT because: “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)”.
of course drivers are up to date. latest from intel via Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
I assume that I have a defective Wirless card…
Any suggestions?
