I connected my mini PC to two monitors using USB-C (displayport alternate mode) to HDMI connectors. Whenever windows boots up, I can see the BIOS screen, but when Windows finished loading (as evident from the start-up chime), the monitors will go blank. From what I read, is a sync issue, but I cannot get it to work. My workaround is to unplug and plug back the USB-C to HDMI connector. Is there a way for me to resolve this issue permanently? My model is SER9 Pro+ Mini PC with AMD Ryzen R7 H255 8C/16T. Thank you. Rgds.

I used the same USB-C to HDMI cable to support 2 monitors with my other devices with no issues. It only has issues with this mini PC. The solution you suggested is not acceptable.

Therefore, we suggest that you should preferably use the USB-C to USB-C connection cable on the machine.
