BorysNews Hello, I would like to ask for assistance with my Beelink SER5 Pro-E (AMD Ryzen 7 5700U). The computer works normally overall, but there is an issue with system monitoring and fan control. In the BIOS, under Advanced → PC Health Status, the monitoring values appear incorrect: CPU temperature: +65535 °C System temperature: +65535 °C Fan monitoring values are also not detected: CPU Fan Speed: N/A System Fan Speed: N/A Because of this, the cooling fan runs continuously at maximum speed, even when the system is idle and there is no noticeable CPU load. I have already tried resetting the BIOS settings to default, but the situation did not change. The system boots and operates normally, however the fan always runs at full speed and the BIOS does not show valid temperature or fan monitoring information. I am attaching screenshots of: the BIOS PC Health Status screen the device model and serial number label Could you please check whether there is for this device that might resolve this issue? Thank you very much for your help.
