Hello. I purchased a beelink ser8 about 6 months ago and recently it’s been overheating and I noticed the fan wasn’t spinning at all so I sent it back to my local supplier yesterday. Today I was notified back that one component on the motherboard has melted. And they’ve claimed it’s gonna take months to send back to “factory” (which I’m thinking they mean upstream Beelink) and have it repaired.

I’m in need of an immediate fix since this is my primary work machine. Data is backed up it’s not the problem. I’m a bit disappointed a machine I spent 700$ on only lasted 6 months with no hope in sight of getting it back soon. What’s the best way to go about it? Which part of the warranty policy repair/replace/refund is the best option for me in this case? Thanks!
