Today, my SER9 Pro (which I purchased on 26 September 2025 and has worked perfectly until now) is not starting up.
I have tried twice to reset the CMOS by:
- turning off the mini-PC,
- disconnecting the power supply and all peripherals, including the HDMI monitor cables,
- using a pin to press the CMOS reset button for 10 seconds,
- waiting 10 minutes,
- reconnecting the power supply and the HDMI monitor cables,
- turning the mini-PC back on.
The power-on light is lit, the fan is turning, but nothing appears on my monitors.
Please help URGENTLY. I need this PC to run my business!
