GTI 15-L-962TB mouse stutter- freezing teams meetings usb issues

Hi,
I have had this less than a week, but in that time i have experiened jerky mouse movements, my teams calls will freeze to the point that teams meetings are unusable.
keyboard and mouse are via wirless usb (PC is right next to the keyboard and mouse, so not a distance problem, and work perfectly on my other devices.)
Also It doesnt always detect the camera in the USB port at the back when i boot, meaning i have to unjack it an then jack it back in.

At the moment i cant rely on it to perform adequatley.

i have 3 monitors , so i am using all 3 display ports.

Its a pretty standard setup,, teams , MS office, and Visual Studio Code are the only things loaded onto it.

I am begining to lose confidence i it as a machine to be used for business if i am honest.

Any ideas what i can look at to try and improve the situation?

to update this, while on calls if i use the inetrnal speakers, at the time we experience stutteur an dbreaks in ausio and video, teh nternal speaker buzz, using an extrenal usb sound device we dont get the buzz.

Here are some solutions:
1.First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
2.Update the driver:https://url.bee-link.cn/Ffnd
3.Open Device Manager.
Expand “Universal Serial Bus controllers.”
Right-click each device named “USB Root Hub” or “Generic USB Hub” and select Properties.
Switch to the Power Management tab.
Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”
4.You can download software like HWMonitor to check if your CPU is overheating.
And try adjusting the refresh rate to see if the mouse lag goes away.
