Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I have already tried both suggested steps:
I downloaded and installed the chipset drivers from your link and restarted the PC.
I completely powered off the computer, unplugged the power supply and all USB devices, and performed a CMOS reset using the pinhole for about 10 seconds. After that, I left the PC without power for more than 10 minutes and then turned it back on.
Unfortunately, the issue with the front USB 3.0 port is still present. In Device Manager, I continue to see the following error:
USB Device (Port Reset Failed)
I noticed that Bluetooth, which was previously not working, started functioning on its own, and the “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)” error disappeared when Bluetooth began working.
Using a USB diagnostic tool, I can see that the USB 3.0 part of the front port attempts initialization but fails (Device failed enumeration, Problem Code 43).
USB 2.0 devices in the same port work normally, but USB 3.0 devices fail to initialize.
I have also performed the following additional steps:
System restore to a date when the port was working
Reinstallation of Windows 11
Removal of USB devices and drivers in Device Manager
Testing multiple USB devices
The rear USB ports are functioning correctly.
Since the computer is brand new and has been used for only two weeks, I am concerned that this may indicate a hardware defect with the front USB 3.0 port or the USB controller.
If necessary, I can provide the serial number and photos of the device for further verification.
Could you please advise what the next steps should be?
