GTi15 WHEA error on PCIE 5.0 link with pro dock

Hello, I bought a GTi15 mini pc with ex pro dock,
Everything is good including E610 NIC Adapter and USB but issues on Pro dock on PCIE 5.0
At the first, the WHEA count increases regardless of pcie version. After I update the chipset driver, there are no errors on PCIe 4.0 But still have WHEA errors on PCIe 5.0 and increasing NAK received count on GPU.
I saw the T205 bios has optimized display port function, is this bios fix that PCIe WHEA and NAK issue?
My monitor is connected with HDMI cable to GTi15, so I didn’t update the bios because I think it only effect the DP port.
But If this bios fix the pcie 5.0 issue, I will update it.

Update: Yesterday, I update the bios to T205, but this issue is not solved.
I checked it that there are no BSODs, almost no performance impact. Only have crashes on some game on very low probability(1 crashes on 250-300 NAK received error, but I found the crashes only happens in cyberpunk 2077.)
But I afraid this error slowly degrades the chipset in my GTi15 and cause fatal errors no more than 6 months use.
Is this issue are fatal although there are no negative effect? I have to decide that to turn off the WHEA Logger to suppress the warnings, or return this for initial defect and buy a new one.

Update: I tested GTi15 with PCIe 4.0 and found one error for 4-6 hours. Still have no performance issue. I think this is false positive, but need BIOS patch to get rid of it.
Many people suffer from this problem said that this is BIOS issue or CPU hardware problem.

beelink, I desperately need your reply.
I do want to use this mini pc without returning, but I have to return it if there are no guarantee that this is not a hardware problem.
Please let me know that you are finding a way for fixing this problem, or recognized this issue and going on the investigation.
