SER9 Pro, Unable to get wifi to work.

This is my 11th SER9 that I’ve purchased and so far I’ve had 3 that have this same exact issue where the wifi card isn’t detected.

In device manager is the following message. “This devices is blocked from starting while the user is not logged in (Code 55)”

Not sure how that can be possible as I’m obviously in windows and logged in.

I’ve included screen shots of the S/N and Bios screen as well as the error message. Again, I have 3 devices all experiencing the same issue and all are brand new Image description

Sorry for the trouble.

1、Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a full picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

2、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

3、Please update the wifi driver.
