Hi there. I see this is a fairly common problem, however I don’t see anyone replying stating that they’ve solved the problem
I’ve had this PC for a few years now, not a new problem, I just keep putting it back on the shelf to try again another time. I’ve replaced the BIOS battery twice, yet it seems to regularly reset the BIOS back to defaults after a power loss. This seems to be fairly repeatable, and highly frustrating. It’s more likely to happen when I have ethernet plugged in. I’m running OPNsense on it, meaning I need to have both ethernet ports in use.
Also seems to have an issue where it goes to “sleep” while the BIOS is open, but won’t wake up without unplugging and plugging back in.
