Hello everyone, I am looking for some help with my Beelink GTi12. I recently purchased the expansion dock to install an external GPU. To set everything up cleanly, I formatted the mini PC and did a fresh installation of Windows. However, after the clean install, I am experiencing a few driver-related issues: Ethernet Port: It is not working or detecting any connection. Fingerprint Reader: Windows does not recognize the biometric hardware at all. There might be other missing drivers as well since the format. I suspect I just need the official factory drivers that came pre-installed with the device. Could support or anyone here please provide the official driver package for the GTi12, or guide me on how to get these components working again? Thank you in advance for your help!

After the clean installation, however, I started experiencing several driver-related issues. The Ethernet port is not working and does not detect any network connection. Please update your graphics card driver, chipset driver, and Ethernet driver first.
Then check Device Manager to see if there are still any yellow exclamation marks.
