Firmware Protection disabled on new SER9 mini pc

Hello on my new SER9 pc I cannot get firmware protection enabled

I’ve looked online and support and am unable to get working, even following all steps here;

See below, my serial and bios version, can you please provide the latest bios for my machine and any steps to resolve this security flaw

I’ve tried the following steps re-enabling secure boot, resetting security policies, running the EoM program provided in the bios folder on your support site (this opens and closes)

The latest bios version posted today for “B” models attempts to flash then says

“secure flash rom verify fail”

Support has since sent me a bios file to try v405, which on completion, despite the success message, totally bricked the machine, it now doesn’t post, boot or do anything apart from show a power light with fans full speed,
I was obviously sent the wrong bios - very disappointed

Resetting the CMOS also does nothing, Will be returning it for a full refund.

May I ask if you are contacting the support-pc@bee-link.com email address for the after-sales service?

Are the BIOS files of the SER9 T405 you are receiving from the staff?

Could you please tell me if your machine experiences a power outage when updating the BIOS?

If the machine is currently not turned on, you can send it back for free repair or replacement.

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by the machine malfunction and possible file errors.
