This morning my GTI14 stopped posting. The white LED turns on but there is no image or power delivered to USB ports. I have tried the following: 2 different monitors with 2 different HDMI cables. Different power outlets and cables. Different keyboards and usb ports. Reset CMOS and reseating RAM. Used the GPU dock or without the GPU dock. The computer was working normally until this morning when I attempted to turn it on. There wasnt a powet outage or fluctuation as my wife’s computer was left on all throughout the night and it remained on. Again, the GTI14 technically powers on (white LED) but it shows no logo, no BIOS, no Windows, nothing. Please help

Please try to turn on the computer after removing the SSD and see if you can access the BIOS page.

I appreciate your help ; in this moment I contact the external seller because I don’t have purchase in this moment; the principal diagnostic, brick the bios for actualization t202.

This is the information of the pc.

My GTI14 BIOS was corrupted after T202 update and eGPU issue.
We need the full SPI BIOS image for external programming.

i can reprogrammer chip bios, or Wath Is your recomendation?

We have a dockstation and egpu amd7600xt, what happen ? Egpu off the pc, but never give image, bios corrupted before update, wrok normal 10 min , after off pc, nothing image, dont fan, reset cmos, retire ram, e5c etc, but dont have solution. I think that i’ll be reprogamer spi bios.

Could you tell me what your previous BIOS version was?
If you flash a BIOS version that isn’t compatible, the device may become bricked as a result.
