Tourach Hello there, Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page. We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hi. Thanks. My Firmware was upgraded, but my BIOS staid the same. I can’t access the 45 watts options in order to game on this system. I have BIOS v1.11 and I think the lasted might be the 1.13. Is there a way to upgrade it please ? Thank you.

Tourach Based on the BIOS screenshot you provided, it seems you did not successfully update the EC firmware I sent you. The EC firmware version I sent was 1.15. Please try flashing again.

Yes. It does. It does not complete the update for the BIOS. It reboot like in the picture I added. Thank you.

SER6 Pro 7735hs latest bios

I am confuse since in other posts relating to the Ser6 Pro 7735HS, the picture shows a BIOS version of 1.13. (https://bbs.bee-link.com/d/4467-bios-for-ser6-pro-7735hs/2) They also have a additional bin file (ARB20A113.bin with the EC-ARB20A-1.15-T01.bin file). The file you sent me (EC-ARB20A-1.15-T01.bin) is the same size and date as their. Since, the other file is missing, I wonder if it can be the source of my problem.

Furthermore, I tried to flash the BIOS several times so far and the results is still the same. And, when flashing, I don’t get the final window that sums the upgrade process. Finally, I don’t have the power option in the advanced panel.

Any help would be appreciated.
