The monitor won't turn on after starting the SER9 Max

I have a problem, and it’s intermittent. When I start my SER9 Max, the monitor connected via HDMI won’t turn on. To get it to start correctly, I first have to turn on the monitor itself and then press the power button on the SER9 Max.

The problem doesn’t happen every time I start it, but about every third or fourth time.

I can’t figure out what the problem is or how to fix it. If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please help me !

1.First, Please turn off the PC, unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it) for about 10 seconds, restart the PC after ten minutes.
