Request for Firmware and Reset Pin Information – Beelink GT Ultimate 3/32GB

Dear Beelink Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am contacting you regarding my Beelink GT Ultimate (3GB RAM / 32GB storage). Unfortunately, the device is currently not working properly, and I am unable to restore it using available firmware.

I have tried flashing multiple firmware versions using the USB Burning Tool, but the process always fails at around 2% with an error. Because of this, I would kindly ask if you could provide me with the correct and official firmware specifically for my model.

Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance regarding the reset method:

Could you please indicate which pins should be used for the reset (shorting method), or
Provide instructions or a diagram showing the correct reset points on the board?

Any help or official files you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
