Mate Mini dock problems with Ethernet speed and SSD

I received a Beelink Mate Mini yesterday to go with my Mac Mini M4.
The USB, SD card and audio ports are all working properly.

I tested the ethernet port with iperf to a PC with a 2.5GBE card through a 2.5GBE switch but am only getting a maximum speed of 1.1GB/s.

I fitted a WD SA510 1TB SSD into slot 1 in the Mate Mini but it doesn’t appear in the Mac’s list of storage.
The ssd works OK if plugged into the Mac when it’s in an external enclosure.

The Mac is running Tahoe 26.4

Is there something else I need to do to sort these problems out please?

Regarding the Ethernet speed issue, please try updating the driver.

SSD cannot be recognized. —-1)Install SSD in Slot 1 first, then Slot 2 for dual-drive detection. Single SSD must be placed in Slot 1. 2)Test without external power supply(PD). 3)Please confirm your SSD model. 4）Change another thunderbolt cable.

Where do I get the driver for the ethernet from? This is a dock for an Apple Mac not a Windows PC.
