Trying to upgrade from 16GB RAM to 32 GB but BeeLink crashes

I have Beelink Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 5825U(8C/16T, up to 4.5GHz), 16GB DDR4 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD, SER5 Pro Mini Desktop Computer. I purchased two Crucial 16GB RAM sticks. When i try to utilize both of them to get to 32 GB, PC crashes with a kernal error. I have tried inserting and reseating many times and still crashes. If I install each one by itself, PC runs fine with no crashes. Why can not use both of them to be able to have 32 GB RAM?

Generally speaking, SER5825 can use 32GBx2 of memory. Is your memory module specification DDR4-3200MHz?

You can use memtest 86 software to check the RAM and see if there are any bad areas.

Yes I verified prior to purchasing that they were DDR4-3200MHz. The vendor believes one of the sticks may be bad and are now sending me a replacement (after making me jump through many hoops). I will see if that solves the problem.
