Beelink Audio not Working

Hello!

I have a Beelink GK55:
Serial 4125H1OG70127
GK55-A-8256QDOW64PRO-V3

When we connect this device to a monitor or TV, the device shows no audio output options, and the soundbar is greyed out. In device manager, multimedia audio controller driver is showing that a driver cannot be located. What are my options to get this device to start playing sound? It feels like I’m missing a driver or one is corrupt.

Any help would be appreciated!

Here are some potential solutions:

1.Please right click window–click “”setting“—Sound—-more sound setting –click “playback”–right click speaker—properties–controller information —properties—update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.

Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or put the pin into the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. Please go to device manager, uninstall the audio driver, then restart the PC.
