I would like to report an issue with one of my machines recently buyed. The device has been shutting down spontaneously after being powered on for a few minutes, without any warning message or error displayed.

The Tech Details are:
OS: Windows 11
Model: SER5 MAX-L-241TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA
S/N: B77356DH50453
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS
RAM: 25GB
Storage: 1TB

There are some Drivers Issue too under Other devices:
*PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
*Unknown device

Amercedes Please send me a photo of the SN code at the bottom of the machine .
Our technicians have found that flashing the BIOS to its original version resolves the issue of random shutdowns.

Please press the Delete key repeatedly immediately after powering on to enter the BIOS settings. Then, take a photo of the BIOS main menu page and send it to us. This will help us check if your device needs a BIOS flash.
