Hi,
I am having a problem where I am unable to get the system to boot from a USB drive, so far I have tried using Balena-etcher and Rufus with the .img file for Ubuntu (and other boot media).
So far I have:
- Checked secure boot - disabled
- Tried various USB drives - USB-C, USB3, USB2, SD card etc…
- Installed and re-installed the latest Bios version
- tried booting from within the bios when selecting the boot device (which is shown but does not boot)
- Tried F7 and selected the boot drive (which is shown but does not boot)
And lots of other options but I have been unable to get the system to boot from any USB device, has anyone else had this problem, am I missing something, is there a fix?
Note - I have emailed support but so far no reply.
