SER5 Max 7735HS Issues

Hi,

Love the SER5 6800 computers, use them for office machines for a lot of people. But got a couple different versions recently, and have had very bad luck…

Got 2 of these a few months ago, but didn’t get to opening them until just a couple weeks ago. Out of the box they failed to boot up into Windows properly. Both of them acted very strange, got through some of the initial setup screens for Windows then they quit working. They’d boot again into the initial Windows setup and do the same thing. I tried to re-install Windows 11, but the install would get to 11% done, then the machines would reboot and go into a boot loop.
I’ve tried e-mailing Beelink support, but got no reply. Also, can’t find exact drivers or BIOS on the web site I’ve seen provided here for such files. Plenty of SER5, but none seem for the AMD 7735HS version. Any assistance would be helpful. Amazon won’t take return since past 30 days.

OK, worked to get Windows 11 re-installed on both these yesterday. Every time the percentage count starts it get’s only a little ways through, from 11% to 30%, then either reboots or just shuts down completely. These are having serious issues. I’d love to send them back to Beelink and get some working machines.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. The instructions don’t match the latest Windows 11 install procedure. All I see if the part about erasing everything (these are still new computers, so nothing to back up yet.) Then it just installs the Pro version.
Here’s something interesting though, see the attached pic. After install and attempt to login with a 365 business account I get the following screen: “That username looks like it belongs to another organization. Try signing in again or start over with a different account.” Like the machine is device managed to another company.

The BIOS version on this machine is SERAL301 and the serial is B58255JH82962.

I’ll post the other machines info soon. That other machine just locks up when attempting to install Windows.

OK, the SER5 Pro 5825 is a Windows installation, not a BIOS. I only trust Windows directly from Microsoft. Can you provide the BIOS only?

Thank you for keeping with me on this. Another question I have, is all the files you have sent so far are older than what are currently on the devices. Is that expected?

Sorry, the BIOS for the 5825 was newer, but for the MAX has been older.
