BIOS does not hold settings

I have a MINISV1-A-8128SD0W64PRO-B

The BIOS battery ran down and I replaced it yesterday. The device does not remember BIOS settings like setting G0 to S0 so it boots up when I apply power. I measured the voltage and the new battery is at 3.3V and the old was 2.2V.

What else should I try to get this device to hold the settings I like.
Is there an updated BIOS for this device?

Arrrgh. The connector on the replacement battery is wired backwards.

I currently have BIOS Version JTKT001 ×64. Is that the latest?
