I bought a combo GTI15 ultra with EX pro dock station, both advertised as GEN5×8 pcie ready. I added a GEN 5×16 GPU on the dock and it should run at GEN5×8 speed. in my server it showed GEN4×8 which is half the speed. so I went to the bios to check. BIOS T205 and all pcie slots have max GEN4 speed option….. Not to mention that above 4g decode and resize bar OPTIONS are still not present int he bios either!!!!!

Resizable BAR is automatically enabled when an external graphics card is connected.
GTI15 285H - Above 4G Decoding
Advanced → PCI Settings → Above 4G Decoding
or
Advanced → System Agent (SA) Configuration → Above 4G Decoding

Could you tell us what graphics card you’re using?
