Request for Latest Beelink GT-King Pro Software and Help with Remote Issues

Dear Beelink Support Team,

I am writing to kindly request the latest update for my Beelink device. Could you please send me the most recent firmware update for the device with the serial number shown in the attached image?

Also would you be able to please help me understand why the remote I have no longer works? After an update was installed, only the power button worked from that point on and the rest of the buttons on the remote no longer worked. Is this remote a IR+Bluetooth remote? Does it need a dongle?

If the remote control is not working properly, please try re-pairing it in the settings menu - Bluetooth.
If you require the original firmware, please send a photo of the motherboard.
