Beelink SER9 PRO AMD Pro Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370 auto restart issue

Hi, My Beelink SER9 PRO with AMD Pro Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370 keeps restarting randomly while I’m using it. The restarts usually happen between 30 minutes to an hour of usage, and I can’t figure out why. Could you help me troubleshoot this issue? Thanks.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine？

Here are some potential solutions：

1、Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

2、Please change another power supply.

3、Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

4、Update graphics driver: Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one. Here is the driver source :https://dr.bee-link.cn/index.php?dir= , click the item model , then you can find the related driver.
