Mini S12 Pro latest bios and nvme support

Hi. Can you please confirm what the latest BIOS is for my mini s12 pro. Im currently on version ADLNV105 dated 12th Dec 23

Can you also confirm that my particular model supports m.2 nvme drives or are only m.2 SATA drives supported? I’ve found conflicting information online. I’m looking to replace the 512GB m.2 SATA drive that came with the unit with a higher capacity one. If it does support nvme drives are gen4 drives ok or should I stick to gen3. I’ve read that some gen4 drives can have timing issues with these mini pcs.

SSD Support
Your MINIS12 Pro does support M.2 NVMe drives (not just SATA), with a maximum capacity of 2TB.
The M.2 slot runs at PCIe Gen3 ×1 speed.
You can use both Gen3 and Gen4 NVMe drives, but note that Gen4 drives will only operate at Gen3 speeds (capped at _1GB/s) due to the platform’s bandwidth limit.
For best compatibility and performance matching, we recommend using Gen3 NVMe drives for this system.
