Ser5 max drivers

My ser5 max mini pc, kept on shutting down while playing minecraft and as well something without any reason. I had a recovery disk created and tried resetting but then it stopped starting . I tried all suggestions from this and other Microsoft forums . Everyone suggested reinstalling . I have a bootable but where can I find the drivers

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

Then we will send you the driver files.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

I have followed your instruction and tried installing drivers, but it is not able to detect any suitable driver from the rar file you sent.
EQR6-Driver_2024-08-28_7-29-43 => i have unzip it BTW

also, after bios flash, i checked the bios information and it’s older than before. is that ok?

Hello there,

Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.

Yes, the BIOS file we provided for you is the original BIOS file of the machine. It is older than the original BIOS version of your machine.
