Hi. I have a EQR5_D4-L-32500SD0W64PRO-HD/XA

I have been working with support since Jan 13, 2026, to resolve an intermittent graphics issue, where the video signal goes blank intermittently. Support responded within a couple of days and provided several BIOS options to download and install. All of them resulted in an error. By the time an additional download link was provided, I did not have time to deal with that since my other clients took precedence. I was free to continue working on the problem on April 29, but the link was not available. I contacted support to request the BIOS link again, and have not heard from support since. What is going on? Does support email get serviced?

I can’t provide the necessary screenshots in this forum post since all of them are above the file size restriction..

Please provide a two-line image of the serial number (SN) and your current BIOS version.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

No, my email was not full.

Your 120 kb limit is preventing me from uploading my Main BIOS screen. I got it to 235 kb can’t scale it down anymore.

Hi. I have tried to update to ver 508 BIOS but am getting an error:

“Failed to load image into memory”

Can’t post an image here. Getting “Oops! Something went wrong…” error.

Can’t post anything into private messages since I’m getting the same error.

The instructions on how to update to 508 did not work. The BIOS kicks off as soon as I point to the USB as my boot drive.

Sorry for the trouble.

Please do not update the BIOS for now. Please try the following solution first.

Next,please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save. （If the PC comes with onboard RAM, you can ignore this solution ）

Please change another power supply.

Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

Pls backup your data firstly, re-installing the system will make your data in your pc lost.
You can go to Microsoft to reinstall the system.
