SER8 Couldn't complete Trusted Platform Module (TPM) attestation

I installed the latest version of the Samsung Internet Browser for Windows 11. When I try to enable the “Samsung Pass” option in settings, I’m greeting with the screenshot attached error message:

"Couldn’t complete Trusted Platform Module (TPM) attestation.
Contact your PC or motherboard manufacturer for help fixing this."

I’ve tried reinstalling Windows 11 from scratch and various BIOS settings. I note from searching around, there is a known issue with AMD and older BIOS that can trigger this error.

I’m guessing the BIOS you use is based on this older version from AMD, and there’s no way to fix this (unless you choose to patch it in a future update)?

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Also, can you check if my SER8 is eligible for this:
“If your Beelink SER8 is experiencing problems with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, please reach out to our support team to request a free replacement antenna kit.”

WiFi and Bluetooth is really bad on this unit.

Thanks for the latest BIOS. I have flashed the system and attached a screenshot showing the new build date.

The “Couldn’t complete Trusted Platform Module (TPM) attestation” problem persists exactly as shown in the first post. I’ve also tried resetting BIOS settings, resetting secure keys, clearing TPM, toggling secure boot, etc.
