EQR5 It restarts and freezes, bios dont upgrade

I can’t update the BIOS with the files on the website “error rom”; they seem to be for motherboards with soldered RAM. I’m having problems with Windows 11 ; it freezes or restarts when using low-power programs, and it also crashes under heavy load.

I’ve already checked the RAM; it’s not the problem.
I’ve already checked the video driver versions; they’re not the wrong ones.
I’ve already checked if the fan is working and if I lowered the Core Burst Performance setting and energy saving settings.
I can’t update the BIOS to test for instabilities.

For some reason the OEM BIOS version was different, I forced the erase and overwrite from 507 to 508 and it updated, and from 508 to 511 and I have the latest version now, now I’ll see if it doesn’t restart or freeze.

i use this with the 508 update after 1d - Error: Failed to load image into memory.

Everything’s fixed, it was just the OEM BIOS that came with the box.
