Hello,
I need help with my brand new GTR9 Pro (Ryzen AI Max+ 395, 128 GB RAM, 2 SSDs). I’ve been using it for only 3 days.
What happened:
I was running a graphics‑intensive application (a game, but on low settings). During gameplay, the GPU temperature stays about 95°C. Suddenly, the FPS dropped heavily and the game engine crashed to desktop.
After the crash I noticed graphical artefacts: green stripes and dots appeared on browser icons. Websites stopped loading correctly – I got SSL errors and other random connection errors.
I decided to restart the system – I shut down Windows (and it turns off without any problems / issues).
Current situation:
When I try to turn on the PC:
Power LED lights up.
Fans spin (I can hear noise).
The monitor stays completely black – no signal, no BIOS/POST screen, no Beelink logo.
What I have already tried (without success):
Used the same HDMI cable and port (the monitor works fine with another PC).
Tested a different monitor – still no signal.
Performed a CMOS reset by pressing the reset button inside the audio jack hole for 15+ seconds with the power cord disconnected.
Removed an SSD – still no POST, no BIOS screen, just a black screen.
Additional info:
It’s a rev. 2.2 motherboard with Realtek network card (not that “problematic” Intel network card). the bios version - GTRPRO05.
My question:
How can I bring the system back to life? Is there any other hardware reset procedure (e.g., a different CMOS clear method, jumper on the motherboard, or re‑flashing BIOS via USB)? Or does this sound like a hardware failure (GPU/motherboard) that requires a replacement?
