Subject: SER9 AI9 HX370 — AX200 5GHz locked (regulatory region unprogrammed), need correct driver/BIOS for serial starting with B

My Beelink SER9 (Ryzen AI 9 HX 370), serial B255H5CH30774 (starts with B), cannot use 5GHz WiFi. netsh wlan show drivers reports 2.4 GHz [0 MHz - 0 MHz] and 5 GHz [0 MHz - 0 MHz]. The registry value ChannelMaskBand52 reverts to 0 on every adapter restart, confirming the AX200’s regulatory region is unprogrammed/locked at the firmware level. Windows region is correctly set to South Africa.

Your driver repo has SN-starts-with folders for C, D, and Y but not B. Which driver/BIOS bundle matches my serial (starts with B), and do you have a region-corrected firmware that enables 5GHz? Current BIOS: HPT.2xx.SER9.V029.P8C0M0C15.07.Link (2025-08-14).

How do I fix this?

Is this even the root cause? 5gh has never worked since I got the box.
