I was hit with the DCP Watchdog Violation issue a week or two ago and was eventually forced to reinstall Windows 11 from a bootable USB drive. I’ve gotten everything working again, except the audio output. I’ve tried installing the Realtek Audio drivers from their official website, but the installation failed. I’ve downloaded the official audio drivers for SER8 from Beelink’s website, but I have also had issues installing them.
After running the “InstallPackage.bat” file as an administrator, the installation starts but stalls and doesn’t show any sign of progress for a long time. After much waiting, I’m usually forced to shut down the PC, which in turn soft-bricks the device, causing me to use System Restore for recovery. This has happened about 3 times, including once when I tried to install the drivers from the Device Manager.
I eventually gave up a week ago and started using the audio output inlet from my monitor (I use external speakers), but the quality and volume are much lower than if my speakers were connected to the PC.
But now, against all hope, I’m here seeking help and counsel from anyone who has solved this issue either recently or in the past.
Please help me.
