Dear Beelink Support Team,
Dear Users
I purchased a Beelink SER8 approximately 1.5 years ago. Until now, I have not used it for gaming, but this week I started testing more demanding games and encountered a serious issue.
When I load a save game in The Witcher 3 and the actual 3D gameplay begins, my wireless keyboard (connected through a USB receiver) immediately starts lagging. The mouse connected to the same receiver continues to work normally, but the keyboard input becomes extremely delayed, sometimes by several seconds or even minutes.
I also tested an Xbox controller connected via Bluetooth. As soon as a demanding 3D scene is loaded, the controller disconnects and can no longer be used. I experience the same behavior in God of War.
Interestingly, game menus work normally. The problem only appears after entering actual gameplay or a demanding 3D scene.
According to AMD Adrenalin, the integrated Radeon 780M GPU reaches only about 70% utilization and does not appear to be fully loaded.
To troubleshoot the issue, I have already performed the following steps:
Performed a completely clean installation of Windows 11 from a USB installation media.
Updated the BIOS to the latest version recommended on the Beelink forum.
Installed the latest AMD chipset drivers.
Installed the latest AMD graphics drivers (Adrenalin).
Updated the Intel AX200 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers.
Disabled USB power-saving options for all USB Root Hubs.
Disabled Steam Overlay.
Tested both Bluetooth and USB receiver-based input devices.
Verified that the SSD is healthy and operating normally.
After reinstalling Windows, Chrome, Steam, and the operating system itself are stable. The games no longer crash, but the input device issue remains unchanged.
Less demanding games such as Vampire Survivors and older 3D titles (for example, Psychonauts) run without any problems. The issue only occurs in more demanding games.
Because the problem persists even after a clean Windows installation, BIOS update, and driver updates, I am concerned that there may be a hardware issue related to the motherboard, USB controller, Bluetooth module, or another component.
Could you please advise on any additional diagnostic steps or known issues related to the SER8 that could cause this behavior?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Wollemi
