Hello there,
Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?
Here is the reference tutorial you need:
| 1 | Power on/Restart → Press Del repeatedly | Enter BIOS Setup Interface |
| 2 | Switch to the Advanced tab | Advanced Settings |
| 3 | Find S5 RTC Wake Settings | S5 Status RTC Wake Settings |
| 4 | Wake system with Fixed Time → Set to Enabled | Enable scheduled power-on |
| 5 | Set Wake up hour / minute / second | Set the specific time (24-hour format) |
| 6 | Press F4 → Save & Exit | Save and exit |
Notes
Time format: Hours must be in 24-hour format (0-23). For example, 6:30 PM should be entered as 18:30:00, not 6:30.
S5 Status: The computer must be in a powered-off state (S5) to be woken up by the scheduled time.
Settings may not take effect in standby/hibernation states.
Power Settings: In Windows, “Fast Startup” may interfere with scheduled power-on.
It is recommended to go to Control Panel → Power Options → Choose what the power buttons do → Change settings that are currently unavailable → Uncheck “Turn on fast startup”.
Have a ncie day~
