I have no audio on my Sei8v4.G.B1DW64ORO
I bought my computer a few years ago from the official company, but a week ago I had to format it. Everything went well except for the audio driver, and I have no audio on my computer. I contacted the official retailer, and they gave me the drivers for my computer. I reinstalled Windows 11 and followed the steps in the guide on the official website, but nothing worked. When I click on the Intel® Smart Sound Technology OED device, a yellow triangle appears, and I get the following message: “This device cannot start. (Code 10) FW did not send FW Ready notification.” I asked a GPT chat, and they told me to remove the device and the driver. I did that, but it was still the same after reinstalling the driver. I went to Windows Services and discovered that with the Windows service in the settings menu, when I went into the sound section, it would freeze. But if I disabled the Windows audio service, I could access the sound settings. I still have no audio, and I don’t know what to do anymore. I need help because this is the only computer I have, and I need the audio because I work with a sound editor. I beg you to help me because I’m desperate. Thank you.
