Power supply issue for max5

and the power supply seems like its creating issues where the machine shuts down under load, sometimes at startup, it is 19V 3.42A which I’ve read is below what it should be for this device and causing issues.

Will you provide a power adapter that works, like 19V 6.32A, or at least something that will prevent these issues?

PhilCarey Our technicians have found that flashing the BIOS to its original version resolves the issue of random shutdowns.

Please press the Delete key repeatedly immediately after powering on to enter the BIOS settings. Then, take a photo of the BIOS main menu page and send it to us. This will help us check if your device needs a BIOS flash.

If the problem persists after flashing the BIOS, our after-sales teamwill apply for a higher-wattage power adapter for you to resolve the issue.
