I followed the instructions on updating to the latest drivers. But, When I connect a Thunderbolt 4 dock or a device that supports it (at least USB4 speeds) to the Thunderbolt 4/USB4 plug by the power in location, it won’t let me transfer files with a speed above 267MB/s.
Other USB plugs work as intended at 10gbps. The only change I’ve made in the BIOS is to downgrade the PCI-E speed to 4.0 as I use the expansion dock. I’m not sure if that could be the problem.
Can anyone help me with this?
